My husband and I stayed at the Genesta and found everything about it excellent. The bed and breakfast is now run by new management and the lady owner could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant. This B&B is perfect. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The host was friendly and helped us with every question. The breakfast was amazing as well the dining room. The location is good. You can walk to the beach and it's only 15 minutes drive to the penguin parade. Which you should enjoy. I would highly recommend this B&B... more

If you are looking for a B & B in Phillip Island, Cowes then I advise you to beware Genista House. This establishment is rated AAA 4 star and if you read it's blurb it sounds wonderful.
