We were pleasantly surprised after reading varying reviews of this "resort". We stayed during school holidays and found the resort to be very quiet and comfortable. It is made up of lots of small cabins or villas, set up in streets like homes, with low bushy landscaping around. Ours was very well equipped and spotlessly clean with contemporary quality furnishings.... more

Dear CamperKids Thank you for your review and we look forward to welcoming you back for your next holiday. I would like to clarify a couple of things however appreciate bringing these to our attention. Kids Club: Please note there are a variety of free games both computer based and games such as extra large Battle Ships along with the...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa at the All Seasons Eco Resort and it was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The nights were very cold and even though there is only one heater, it was certainly sufficient. It was reasonably quiet at the resort so we did not have close neighbours, which could have made a difference - but... more

Dear Holiday Time YAY Thank you for your review and I appreciate the comments you made on the Resort. As you indicated once the trees grow there will certainly be aditional privacy. As the Resort was completed in stages there are various "levels" of landscaping with the northern areas offering greater privacy between villas. We are certainly looking forward to...

My wife recently booked us in for a weekend at the Eco resort on Phillip Island. I was a bit reluctant at first but we had a great time. Our villa was clean, modern and comfortable and the resort facilities including the cafe are excellent. Being so close to Melbourne we will certainly be going back soon. more

Dear Countrykid99 Thank you for your review following your stay at the Resort. We are fortunate being less than a two hour drive from Melbourne and with the island having so much to offer we look forward to many of our guests returning. The Resort prides itself in offering clean and well maintained villas and that we can offer a...

We stayed at the All Seasons Eco Resort in low season in a 3 bedroom cabin. It was freezing in the cabin with only 1 heater in the main living room/dining area. The cabins were basic looking, although did have all ameneties required in terms of kitchen facilities, TV etc. The cabin was clean and was modernlyish furnished although basic.... more

Dear Suzie94 Thank you for your comments. The Resort offers fully equiped villas with kitchens, laundry with washing machine and dryer, lounge and dining facilities. We find guests are very happy with the facilities as they offer a "home away from home". The Resort facilities include a fully equipped gym, spa, tennis courts, BBQs with tables and chairs, kids club,...

We stayed in low season so it was nice because it was quiet. I really would not like to stay in high season because there would be absolutely no privacy and the blinds were see-through at night with the lights on. The self catering cabin itself was pretty basic with no attention to detail (no salt in the salt cellar,... more

Dear Dragonflymummy Thank you for your review. The are a number of items that I have discussed with housekeeping and I appreciate that you made us aware of them. The Resort is eco in the following way: - the use of renewable or recyclable materials - flooring, exterior cladding, colourbond roof, efficiency design through location of windows, application of insulation...

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over the Queen's Bday weekend and by the time we went to book our accommodation there wasn't much left! We ended up booking a studio spa villa for 2 nights and were quite disappointed for the price ($180 pn). The "studio" was tiny... basically a bed, a small table with 2... more

Excellent but pricey. Clean and well kept. However, it could be very quiet and secluded during low season. Quite near to Cowes, the town where there is a Coles Supermarket. more

Spent Easter at the Eco Resort and had a ball - Easter egg hunt, free pancakes for the kids, wildlife ranger with snakes and other animals. A bit disappointed my kids didn't win a prize in the colouring competition but that's life. Facilities (spa -kids favourite, sauna and gym, tennis) were great. Restaurant and pizzeria were good with options for... more

More like a BIG4 than an Accor. If you call 200 odd 'made to a price' dongas with a rainwater tank plonked on a paddock an Eco Resort well good luck to ya. At $200 a night the only saving grace was the fact that the place was empty. It would have been unbearable if it was full. Also, there... more

If you want a romantic getaway - stay FAR away from this place. The studio we had booked was not only filthy (dirty hand prints on the walls, pubic hair in the bath tub, dirty marks on the sheets) but we had no privacy! Twice my partner and I were interrupted in the throws of romance by staff on our... more
