My boyfriend and I stayed at Kaloha in December 2008 just after Christmas. It was a busy time of year and the resort was buzzing with families and children, but we heard none of the loud noises from our nice little apartment on the 2nd floor, hidden in the palm trees! I must say, the restaurant on site was FANTASTIC!... more

This is the best accomadation we have stayed in Phillip island for the family. The rooms are nice and clean, have everything you need little kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent facilities, Etc POOL, PLAYGROUND and direct beach access, private beach for this resort. The staff are fantastic thankyou to them for our wonderful easter long weekend, they were very helpful... more

Everything in this old place is just terrible. Towels are old, spa bath is old and dirty, DVD and TV are not working, and the reception woman was rude - everything in this place looks like taken from an old granny flat - 35 years ago... We had the "2 bedroom spa", paid $210 per night, and listen to this:... more
