The breakfast was french and delicious The room was spotless & the bed was so comfortable. All the little goodies were first class.We Will be making this trip again. and we both love Lorne, a fabulous beach. Thanks to Laurel and Sue. more
Excellent place to stay on the Great Ocean Road. We stayed in the separate 'Honeymoon' suite and found in very pleasant indeed. The breakfast was first class and we received very good advice from Laurel regarding places to visit as we contiued our journey. I would certainly stay here again. more
La Perouse was amazing. From the moment you step into the little cottage you don't feel as though you are in Lorne. The view fron the room we were staying in was breath taking. La Perouse was the perfect place to come for a rest after a long journey -- a hot shower, a sip of tea in front of a cozy fire and peaceful night's sleep in a very comfy bed provided a relaxed start to my Australian adventure! I recently stayed at La Perouse with my bestfriend on a girly weekend away. It is a collection of 4 cottages set just up hill from Lorne's main street - a short (but steep!) walk with a spectacular view of the ocean. A real treat just a stroll from the heart of Lorne, delightful owners who take a pride in everything, charming room, beautiful linen and spotlessly clean. Don't expect a cooked breakfast, but the coffee was great. more
