this is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. There were filthy finger marks all over the walls, grime and dust (old dust not just daily or weekly dust) on the heaters, old dusty cobwebs around the tops of the windows, filthy shower and toilet as well as builders right outside our window that we weren't warned about. On the window sill in our room was a box of nails and half a cup of old coffee.

The guy in reception was friendly enough. The kitchen wasn't bad but a bit cramped. It is such a cool building that could be appreciated a lot more if it was just cleaned and cared for. more
