We arrived expecting a Sheraton Hotel similar to that of the Gold Coast or Port Douglas only to be confronted with a sub standard, shabby and poorly serviced Hotel. My God! After excitedly booking the Sheraton based on their website, we were very disappointed and moved to other accommodation after one night. This hotel is not cheap. The images on the website don't reflect reality, so it's quite misleading. Yes, the lobby area is renovated nicely, but the room, pool area and outside of the big pink building aren't.
