We arrived expecting a Sheraton Hotel similar to that of the Gold Coast or Port Douglas only to be confronted with a sub standard, shabby and poorly serviced Hotel. My God! After excitedly booking the Sheraton based on their website, we were very disappointed and moved to other accommodation after one night. This hotel is not cheap.
