The Hotel Montana in Oberlech is something else. First, the familie Ortlieb who own the place run it hands-on. Second, they treat their guests with dignity and grace. I hav been skiing in the Alps for 25 years, We have tried a number of first class hotels in e.g. Arosa, Klosters ,Davos , Verbier and Zeermatt. Stayed at Montana for 2 time. This time we took our 3 kids and went with 2 other couples and their kids. The food was once again the best I have ever tasted and even the kids meals were excellent. The quality of the ingredients were all 1st class. The staff were all so helpfull too and even remembered us... more
Excellent hotel. Location is perfect (ski in / ski out). Good pool and sauna. Owners always present at the reception desk. Wonderful wines. Couldn't be a better experience!!! We are looking forward to return there! more
