we stayed at aurelio for 4 nights end jan/feb.
almost a 5 blob hotel ( which we don't give out very often..)

good points:

the staff were universally outstanding. totally multi-lingual, polite, helpful, going well beyond the call of duty. They knew who we were, any request smoothly dealt with. We had problems getting home due to bad weather in the uk but they sorted it out in a heartbeat. Fantastic.

location superb, right on the piste with lovely views

newly opened, great decor and very comfortable

any gadget freak would be happy for days - the rooms need a licence to fly them they are so high tech - entertainment system with films ( in multi-languages), weather, connection for your ipod

amazing chef - food fanastically cooked

did I mention the staff were outstanding?

room pass magically turns into lift pass - very clever
