A very good hotel, very friendly staff. My room was not available, and they gave me an upgrade to the presidential room. One of the best and biggest hotel rooms I stayed in. The breakfast was also very good.

Top quality, attention to detail. You feel pampered. Spa big enough and well equipped. The 'Enoteca' Restaurant is top notch, hence book beforehand. Two things to improve: a) Free internet b) Poor English spoken by one particular employee.

Very nice hotel, breakfast is great, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is very nice. Unfortunately there are no wifi access in the rooms. impressive place to stay this castle overlooking the cologne valley. we stayed one night, but we were missing the last dip of exclusive taste at this place - maybe we need to book the suite next time haha. the gourmet restaurant is really nice and hard to match in the cologne and duesseldorf area.
