Our third visit in thee years. As has been said, the rooms ARE dated but clean, comfortable and spacious. In the last year the beds have been changed and are now extrememy comfortable and flat screen TVs installed. The location of this hotel is wonderful. But in terms of luxury hotels, it all depends on what you are used to. If you stay at Four Seasons, Ritz-Carltons, Mandarian Orientals, then you will definitely be disappointed.
