I think this resort is perfect for everyone. I have been with my family and with an all girls party and it works for both. The praca which is an area of cafes, restaurants and 2 or so shops. I have just returned from 2 weeks in Vale do Lobo in the Algarve. It rates itself as a 5 star resort but on this occassion it would be pushing it to be ranked 2 star. Major sections of the resort are like a building site, there are major delays and contraflows on the main entrance roads, delays are common.... more

A return visit to this hotel in early November confirmed my impressions formed during previous stays.
