We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Grecian Bay Hotel, Rooms are excellent, pool area is out of this world and a beach that will take your breath away, staff are friendly and service was very good. Some of our fellow guests were quite rude to staff and it is not suprising that come October the staff... more

Stayed just for 1 night on business. Pool area is great. Room ok. Nothing special. They did have dressing gowns in room. Bathroom very tatty and needed renovating. From what I saw was ok but nowhere near a luxury hotel. I would describe as average. more

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this hotel which allowed us to enjoy two relaxing weeks in a great location. Stepping on to the beach after enjoying a champagne breakfast was our idea of heaven. The staff were so friendly that we got so used of being greeted by "good morning my friend" and the room service was... more

We arrived in early October. It appeared that we had almost to apologise for being there and the service showed that the staff may have needed a rest themselves after a long season. The condition of the hotel in general is poor and certainly not 5 star. The carpets were old and worn and in places missing and the service... more

This is a good holiday hotel. The 5 star rating is because of the facilities - great pool, private beach, free WiFi broadband, air conditioning, floodlit tennis courts, golf driving range, childrens playground, gym and more. The buildings are perhaps in need of updating, especially the indoor pool/sauna area but the rooms were OK - great electric blinds which let... more

I don't undersatnd what the other reviewers are complaining about! We spent an amazing 2 nights at this hotel. It was worth every (quite expensive) penny. The room was gorgeous, large with modern decor. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spot on. Always managed to find something to watch on the tv. Loved the pool. Relaxing with no annoying... more

My wife and I recently returned from our honeymoon after a 10-night stay at the Grecian Bay. Overall we were happy with our holiday and would return to the hotel in the future. But it does have its faults and isn't five-star quality - more like four star. It's in a good location, a 15 minute walk into Ayia Napa... more

We stayed here as a family end of july through beginning of august for two weeks. Nice hotel...yes. 5*........NO! I'll start by saying the location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to ayia napa to enjoy some night life when required, far enough away not to be intrusive at all and bang on the beatiful beach which was great for the... more

This hotel is NOT a five star hotel and is in need of a major refurbishment. The reception area is really nice, however, go past that and you see what lets the hotel down. Rooms are very basic and in need of painting. The wardrobe consists of a rail and a curtain that pulls across-no doors. The television had one... more
