We booked to go on the Friday and left the following Wednesday. We were all inclusive. Flights and transfers were fine. Accommodation we stayed in was a 1 bedroom apartment, which had a double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the lounge, downside was the air conditioning we had to pay for was only in the bedroom,so... more

Having read the other reviews on this page I don't see what a lot of the problem is. Ok if you are paying good money to go here you may feel a little let down though the complex is pleasant and a good family atmosphere about the place. We only spent about £500 booking through Olympic holidays for a week... more

We stayed for a weeks all-inclusive, from a Travelzoo offer. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and simply but adequately furnished. These apartments are ground floor but the studios are first floor and the bungalows are split level, so the apartments would suit those with mobility issues. The complex overall was freshly painted, the large pool... more

We booked this last minute and decided to go all-inclusive to save some cash on eating out every night. In retrospect, wished we hadn't as the food was so appalling that we were unable to eat a single meal there. The restaurant is simply a large, stuffy room with lots of wipe clean tables - not somewhere you would want... more

We stayed at the Macronissos Village from October 5th till October 19th. The flight was a typical economy flight, with Eurocypria, the food was ok and service was good. When we got there the weather was very hot, around 34-35 degrees, but it did cool down nicely in the evenings, so we didn't need to use the air conditioning at... more

I stayed here for a week from the 24th September. On arrival the reception area is not all that impressive but the rest of the grounds and staff make up for this! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and yes the rooms are a little dated and basic but I personally don't go on holiday to spend all my... more

After a 13 hour flight delay we arrived at the Macronissos Village in Ayia Napa to be met by a snooty receptionist whose first words to me were "Oh you've arrived.. finally". Not great customer relations after a delay like that. We were given a room in block 400 which was clean and basic and just what we needed. It... more

We have just returned from macronissos village, we were counting the days to come home! The apartments are very basic. My son is 10 and the kids club which should have been for 4-12 yr olds was far too young, doing face painting!! It was very expensive on the complex, it's better to shop outside or eat out as there... more
