We wanted a hotel in a central location, with easy car access, to visit the old Roman towns of Cacares, Merida and Badajoz in Extremadura, Spain. We came up with this little gem, in a dull little farming town, but with easy motorway access to all these towns. Whilst there's almost zero English spoken, we had three days here, and loved every minute! more
