We have just come back from this hotel.I have to say that we would not stay there again! The rooms had no air con and it was very hot! you could hire a fan if you wanted to.This hotel is not suitable for a family with small children especailly if you have a pushchair like we did,as there were to... more

Was supposed to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks with my partner and son, contacted travel agent and moved to Palma Nova. This has got to be the worst hotel for all inclusive. Rooms were unbareably hot, had to hire a fan at 3 euros per night, did not make any difference. Food was terrible, no selection and if... more

Stayed at the hotel for girlie weekend. Have to say I was very surprised that the rooms didn't have a tv or air conditioning considering how hot it was. If you wanted a fan you had to hire it from reception for 3 euros per day. How can this hotel call themselves all inclusive when they had such short cut... more

We booked our holiday online so had no previous knowledge of this hotel or the area. The hotel looked very impressive with loads of marble and ceramic tiling everywhere. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our first night was a bit uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms. You can... more

Never again! We have stayed at different "all inclusive" resorts in Mallorca and this is definitively the worst.Stayed at kilimanjaro for 4 nights, The room was very clean. Food is terrible unless you like old bread, boiled bacon sweet omelett etc. And you are only allowed one drink at the time even sodawater. The staff speak mostly german. more

We spent nine days in El Arenal July 2007. This hotel books a lot charters from Germany and hosts many young groups in to party. I am American, kein problem. If you are British you probably want the west side of the capitol. West hosts more British and east more and more Germans. Unless you are young at heart, this... more

Hotel had spotless facilities and staff were very friendly even got a Birthday Cake for our daughters 5th birthday. Staff made sure we had a quiet family room away from the bar area very little noise at night. Snacks were available at the bar from 12am -5pm, no ice cream was available which was the only draw back with 2... more

The hotel itself was very clean and most of the staff were pleasant. However, the food wasn't very good at all. Although there was a variety of things to eat, not all of it was edible. As there was a large group of us it was awkward only being allowed one drink at a time, especially as we had children... more

The hotel itself was fine, the rooms were clean and tidy, there are no problems there but if your british its not really a place to go because it is mostly based and catered around the germans, you have the same kind of food everyday and the children were only aloud 1 icecream a day each and it was only... more
