We always stay at Caula Ibus as it is close to our family and the rates are great. The staff are always pleasent and helpful. We always enjoy our stay. We enyoy room 115 on the ground floor as we like the bigger bath room. I like booking on internet and find the site easy to use.

Have stayed here before and always come back. Considering you get a very clean room and the nicest staff ever that belong in a 5 star hotel. tip: Book on online its cheaper. Had friends stay there and there is an issue is that acces to the hotel is difficult coming northbound but can easiuly be seen from the road.

Was the worst accommodation, room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, walls needed painting. Front desk lady was only interested in $$$$. Some lighting didn't work as well. Not good and a formal complaint sent to HQ IBIS HOTELS.

From the very friendly greeting on arrival to the helpful staff as we were leaving, it was a great place to stay. Only tip is to keep everything off the bathroom floor when having a showeraas, even with the shower curtain fully around, the whole floor was soaking wet.

Travel regularly to sydney and stay in ibis motels to be close to work. Have stayed in about 20 Ibis budget motels (previosuly formaula 1) and like the motel room layout, one of the better ibis motels i have been in.. Excellent value for money Great location as it is just off the M5 plus next door to McDonalds and service station The staff are very helpful and know the area very well The rooms were clean and tidy and have everything you need in them

A great location with great service from staff; and the room facilities were functional and adequate. Only the bathroom was a disappointment in that it had a shower curtain that allowed water to run out over the floor, and this made it difficult for other users later. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

The hotel was not bad the room was clean and although hard the bed was reasonably comfortable, the service was friendly and breakfast good. The room was filthy with cobwebs and what looked like blood stains on the wall, in the Bathroom there was rust around the pipes. I regularly stay in Ibis/Accor properties and I am surprised they associate their name with a property more like a squat than a hotel
