Very nice place for a short romantic stay in that amazing city. Definitely will come back. The provide us with late check-out which was very nice touch. Staff is very attentive and very polite. Just breakfast could be a little bit improved. Thank you!

The hotel has a great location right on the river. We were in room #3 which was HUGE and had 2 bathrooms - one with a toilet and one with a shower. That's just so nice when you're there with someone else. The decorations were so cozy, breakfast was small but good and we just really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nicely located...walking distance to river and the town. Price is reasonable compare to hotels nearby. We had a very spacious room (room #6) with view of the castle. The room was very spacious... and well equipped. Free wifi worked well even on the third floor. But there are no elevators so be aware of that. We visited... More

We moved here from Dvorak hotel around the corner and found it much better value for money! Receptionists were ever so helpful in dealing with booking and other stuff. Our car broke down and they helped a lot liaising with the garage! Room was bigger and more 'fresh' than the Dvorak. Small and human sized. Did not have breakfast so... More

Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful medieval town, with fairly limited accommodation options. We chose this hotel because of the location and the views of the castle (which are admittedly very good). We had the top floor, attic room on the riverside, which is very spacious and has a good modern bathroom. But that's about where the positives end. The air-conditioning... More

Stayed here towards the end of April 2012. As can be expected with a heritage listed property, there was no elevator which I already knew about. However when I booked I specifically asked in the email if they could assist us to the room with our bags as we had booked the castle view suite on the 3rd floor. I... More

this is an amazing hotel. the location is spectacular with views of the castle and river. the only downside is some of the old rooms have creepy, old time pictures, but just face them down on the desk or lock them in the safe! overall, wonderful hotel.

We stayed at the Alchymy Riverside Mon 5th+6th Sept. in room 6 with FULL castle views from our windows on the 2nd floor. It did NOT break the bank. The room was large with seating as well as sleeping areas and furnished in an Arts and Crafts style. The beds are comfortable, shower a bit splashy and breakfast adequate. This... More

Stayed here only 1 night. Perfect location. Room huge, for any standards, but particularly European. View incredible. Host helped carry our luggage upstairs. Liked that you could pick the room you wanted from the website. Breakfast was good, not exceptional. Had to pay extra for espresso which didn't know until paying the bill (not a big deal; not expensive). Servers... More
