We could not find a room easily to book a room in Cesky K, we walked past this place & loved it! is 1000kr per night for 2 persons (which I think was about £15), the room is high up, the view is amazing (& it's inside the World Heritage area), there is a TV & fridge & a small area to socialise also.
The lady is lovely, her English is not perfect but you will manage.
Most heavily advertised pensions in Cesky are double the price!
Only thing I wasn't so keen on was the breakfast, there are great places around town, so I would recommend you dine in the town!
