We stayed in this hotel during the Karlovy Vary film festival. The price in this peak period was extremely friendly not needing to say they had availability. My girlfriend and I just returned from Karlovy Vary and had a wonderful experience at the Park Hotel Richmond. After contacting them via E-mail our inquiry was retuned promptly explaining the different packages available. We opted for a 2 night package for him and for her. However, somewhat away from the center of Karlovy Vary, the hotel is of a good value. A double-room (with extra bed for a kid) was conveniently big enough. A balcony is good for late nightcap.
