A frind and I stayed three nights at this wonderful little hotel. Immaculate housekeeping and beautiful views of the spa town. It is a steep climb up the hill but just fine if you are in shape. Had a very pleasant stay at Villa Rosa. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable but our favourite, of course, was the amazing view from our balcony, well worth the extra charge. My husband and I have just returned from the Pension Villa Rosa in Karlovy Vary (not quite sure why it's listed under Prague on TA). We arrived at the bus terminal in the searing heat with no idea of how to get to the pension. None of the tourist info places in the town had heard of it either! Luckily... more
We spent 3 nights at this small pension. The bus stop is just next to it and if u go down from the hill you are directly at the colonade. We loved the breakfast they took very good care of us there. I recommend to pay extra for the viewit is wonderfull. more
The Villa Rosa is beautiful, and nicely situated, but very poorly run. We had a guaranteed reservation for a balcony room (upgrade), but when we arrived at three o'clock with our considerable luggage, exhausted from a long day, the manager of the Villa Rosa told us there was no record of the reservation and no room for us at all.... more
