In October we planned to stay one romantic weekend in recently completely renovated Castle Loučeň.
Castle Loučeň is very luxury place, should be. The web sides are perfectly done from the marketing side and it allures you to go there.
Last year, for early incomers (booking incl.) they promised 5% discount. The communication with the castle was very tough and I should call there many times for to reach even someone who would be responsible for the orders. (We didn´t get any discount at all - explanation was: the staff had changed.)
Fun is, that somebody same name ordered the accomodation for a week later then we planned and this fact caused some misunderstanding and took some time for explanation.
