Had a two night stay at this hotel whilst on a short break. The hotel since my last visit has had a lick of paint and general tidy up which has made all of the difference. I spent one night at the Hotel Central. The only good thing about the hotel is the location since it faces the town square. Stayed here in 2000 and again in 2002 with small tour groups. Part of the hotel appears to house apartments and you could smell people cooking their dinners and smoking cigarettes (generally carrying on with their daily lives). I have stayed at this hotel six times over the last five years as my family is from a small town outside Plzen. Just the amenities, but clean.
