The hotel was beautiful, immaculatley clean, it couldnt be faulted for anything like that - but as an english guest I found the reception staff were helpful, as were the cleaners. Stayed for free as part of a Prague promotion package but that said found the place to be of a perfectly pleasant standard. Newly renovated, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, good service and OK location, with walking distance of everything. No way this is a 4-star hotel. Expect no more than what you get in a basic 3-star hotel. Main problem is the staff and their attitude to the guests. We spent a week in Prague, at the Christie Hotel, including the New Year's Eve. We had a double room + child and it was great. The room was divided in two floors. At the first floor we had the bathrom, a bad for the child (which was quite big as a double bad), the mini bar, closet and tv.... more

Overall had a nice stay in Hotel Christie. We were out planning our wedding for next year so wanted a good central base. The hotel was just opened so had some teething problems. The rooms were nice but ours was slightly cramped. The pillows were fantastic - my partner still raves about them!!! The bathrooms were nice and restocked daily.... more

we stayed here for a 3 night trip and found it to be a lovely, clean, modern hotel just a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the centre. good location, near all sightseeing sites, good-near metro narodnii trida and tram station, 5 min from metro mutek good- breakfast good-service, speak english, help you bad- because it near the metro there is too much homless there and rats and drunk people bad-small rooms more

Good hotel, placed close to the center, but in a somewhat desert area, new (...the shower was waist level...) and had a good breakfast (no more than good). But the guys at the front desk are not very friendly. At first they just don't speak english very well (ok, I don't either) but at the check out, the girl REFUSED... more
