Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good hotel with lovely staff throughout. Very clean rooms and enough space for 2 people with no issues. Stored luggage which was very helpful, and team members always kind and happy to help! Good value for money for sure! About 25-30 mins walk to centre but so close to different tram stops so easy to access everywhere in Prague!

We stayed here for 3 nights in feb and the hotel is nice. After reading some reviews I was worried but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff who gave us all the info we needed and checked us in promptly. They also gave us some water as we arrived late in the evening. Rooms are modern on the smaller side but as we were there for 3 nights and hardly in the room it was perfect for us. Tea/coffee/water facility, fridge, hairdryer (if you have long hair bring your own as you can be stood a while as it’s not the best) Beds are comfy very soft, single quilts which is even better! Breakfast was alright to say it’s included it had everything we needed hot drinks, juices, fruits, pastries, fresh bread, eggs, salad. Don’t be expecting a cooked English breakfast as that’s not what your going to get but if you happy with toast and some hams and cheeses in a morning it will be perfect for you. Best part was the Prosecco! Thankyou so much for a lovely stay and we would definitely return

A little concerned with previous reviews. However pleasantly surprised. Staff just lovely. Stored our luggage until time to check in. 10 min walk to tram stop and 20 mins to Wenceslas Square. Local bars and restaurants. Room was a bit small for 3 of us initially thought so but was actually fine. Beds and pillows so comfy. Very quiet. Good facilities. Fridge, water, tea/coffee facilities. Dressing gowns/slippers and safety deposit box. Bathroom was big. Everything very clean. Take shampoo as only shower wash in the dispenser. TV was a bit hit and miss but not worried as not on holiday. Breakfast was great for the money. Cannot find much fault and was very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are clean and well-appointed. The desk staff are always cheerful, friendly and happy to help. The location is good for trams around town, and for shops and bars. It's a good base for exploring a wonderful city. Amenities are excellent.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this fantastic hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The girls on reception couldn't do enough for us. They gave us lots of help and advice about what to see, where to go and how to get there. We couldn't fault our room, it had everything we needed and it was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff. The buffet breakfast was tasty and filling with a good choice of dishes. The next time we visit Prague we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We booked a 4 day 3 night city break through TUI, transfers included. Arrived at hotel 9pm ish and met by friendly English speaking Czech staff, booked in and up to room 58. Spotlessly clean, clean comfy bed & small but clean bathroom. 20 mins walk to Wenceslas Square and another 5 maybe to train station. Lovely breakfast, cold meats, pastries, porridge. All the staff spoke English (puts us to shame), all were as helpful as they could be, all areas were spotless. Exactly what we wanted, where we wanted and a great stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, located in Prague 2 district which is about a 20/25 minute walk into Pragues main attraction area (we just jumped on the Lime scooters which were right outside the hotel and rode into the square). The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. Our check in was quick and easy and staff very informative. The rooms were comfy, warm and modern. Towels are only changed every 3 days which wasn’t a big issue we just had to remember not to leave them on the floor thinking they would be changed. You can request fresh towels for a €5 charge. We all have to do our bit for the environment though don’t we 😀. I would recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Prague. We had a brilliant stay!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are very clean & the staff are very friendly. The location is good it is about a 5 min walk from the number 6 tram line which takes you straight into the old town of Prague. The rooms are small but cosy, the only flaws we really had was the AC doesn’t function. The shower in the bathroom doesn’t sit right I found I had to use the shower by hand as it was much easier. Standing under the shower the water barely hit you. The TV was great as we could watch netflix, the rooms could do with a bit of updating. Overall a good stay with a great location, perfect for a short stay.

This is an honest review. We stayed in a very small double room on the top floor. Our windows were skylights so no view. I’ll start with the negative first; no hot water first day for a shower, room was only set up to accommodate one person we had to go to dining room to get another cup then to reception to get tea/coffee. Hotel does not supply milk portions in your room you have to ask for it. Sirens going off throughout most of the night, I think we were beside police station and or hospital but we couldn’t see out the window to clarify exactly where we were so no sleep at all the 3 nights. No where for residents to sit and chat or catch up with friends as once breakfast is over at 9:30am the room was emptied. Says earplugs supposedly supplied in room but there were none - pity because of the sirens and the walls being paper thin you can hear everything and I mean everything and the wall moves from the adjoining next room if you know what I mean! Okay positives - there are some; continental breakfast was plentiful, staff are friendly. It is approximately a 20 minutes walk and you are in Wenceslas Square. Prague is a beautiful city. The Christmas markets were beautiful and really atmospheric. Architecture, food, history and amazing art makes this city such a worth while visit. Perhaps choose a quieter hotel not on a main road with more facilities if you do wish to visit.

Room Tip: Take earplugs and your own hairdryer as the one supplied is old and doesn’t work well

Good hotel overall with great location and lovely staff. We booked the most basic double room and it was good but more like a UK easyhotel, the negative was small and nowhere at all to put your clothes, no wardrobe and no drawers. Otherwise a good hotel but either book their best room instead or a different hotel if you aren’t on a tight budget,
