The location was great! Along the river, about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Charles Bridge and a few restaurants around. The rooms were very very spacious with high ceiling... so you hear people walking even they are not in your room but that didn't bother me so much. I loved their room keys! So antique!! The only thing that I didn't like about is that they don't have Front Desk at all the time, so when you arrive or head for this hotel, you have to call them. I called from the closest station but when I got there in 20 minutes, there was nobody waiting. I was very disappointed because I didn't have a pleasant time at the station when I arrived in Prague, people were cold to me and when you just arrive in a different country for the first time, you wouldn't have changes to make phone calls. So just to make a call to them, it wasn't so easy when local people avoid speaking English or even just helping. (Of course, I... more
