I was concerned about my safety during the 3-night stay in the hotel and the staff was not helpful.
I was staying in a room on the top floors where the windows are on the roof. The room, in fact, is located in the building two doors from the reception. The building is not completely the hotel. Only some rooms are party of the hotel. Some rooms in the building look like apartment or offices.
At midnight, I head some noise which sounded like some people working on the roof and talking. I felt like people could easily climb into the room. I was asking the staff if they could help me with that. They were very rude and not helpful. Here are some comments they made about my concern --
"It is not possible."
"I don't believe you."
"You are a liar." "You are lying."
"Nothing is safe for you."
"If you are alive now, it will be okay for you to stay there tonight."
