Stayed in the Franciscan Apartments for 2 nights in October 2012. We had a Penthouse Garden apartment which was fantastic and is in a great location. The "reception" of the apartments was very poor and offered no service. They didn't know we were coming, spoke no English and the wi-fi code we were given didnt work

The apartment was a great treat! The view of Prague from the back of the apartment was amazing and the location was excellent. It was tucked away from everything but close to all the shopping in the area as well as the river and a lot of great sites.
