We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel through www.prague-transfer.eu, their driver was waiting for us when we came out of the airport with our name on a card. We paid for our transfer using £'s, which was not a problem. We had not booked a return transfer, but we asked the driver if he would arrange this and there was no problem at all, the driver arrived to pick us up at exactly the right time. The Capital Apartments are ideally located half way along Wenceslas Square, with all sight seeing locations within walking distance, although the Castle is located up a number of steps, so if a lot of walking is out of the question then Tram No. 22 takes you there. Our apartment (no. 616) located on the 5th Floor was very spacious - had a double bed and a single bed with a kitchen area (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge) and a table with two chairs.
