Everything rang very smoothly from the moment we made the booking. Arrived late on the Friday night with the Hotel Limo there to greet us. Staff very welcoming, room on the 6th floor with champagne, chocolates and birthday card from the management. Fabulous room with great bed. The only criticism is that the rooms are so hot! The hotel location is great, you can walk to the old town a few blocks away, Hard Rock Cafe and the artist "Charles" bridge, ritzy shopping, etc... Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in DEcember 2011. I can commend the courteous, helpful staff, the hotel amenities, the wonderful breakfasts and the excellent position of the hotel.
