Stayed here after the k+k opera in Budapest....very very different--fenix is much larger and far busier. Guests constantly checking in and out and sometimes a long wait at reception to get the simplest things done. Definately require more reception staff at certain times. It's location was excellent situated just off Wenceslas Square and 2 mins walk from the Museum Metro station. I booked my holiday through Myprague.com and paid just over £200 for my flights AND 2 nights accommodation ! (Cheap yeh!). The Hotel is very nice,no complaints except maybe the pillows were too soft but that's just my opinion. The young lady at reception was very helpful and polite,as were the other members of staff. I would definately go again. more

A very good hotel in a central position.We had 2 large very clean rooms.Plenty of choice for breakfast so we didn.t need lunch.The hotel car met us at the airport & took us back on the return.All staff were very helpful. Internet was free. more
