Stayed here over Christmas in 2008. Rooms are comfy and spacious, not any views because its in the city but is in walking distance to wenceslas square which was handy. Hotel staff friendly and helpful except for the guy working in the Gym area was a bit rude but apart from that was a good experience. I wouldnt reccomend staying... more
we traveled to Prague to get married so we looked for a hotel for a little group (9 people) the novotel was a very good choice. it a standard hotel. no surprises except for the really good workers. really nice and helfull in every question. their cab service is much cheaper than a cab you'll catch out on the street. more
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for four nights. we booked through expedia and on arrival (we were extremely early and checked in straight away) we were given 8 complimentry drinks voucher and a discount for breakfast. We were showed round to our room and they told us where everything was. the room was fine, big enough for... more
I stayed two nights at the Novotel Prague and while it is by no means a high end hotel its rooms and service offering is firmly on middle ground. Check in was swift and effortless (though someone should have a word about the sartorial elegance of the staff uniforms, they look like steam train conductors). The room I booked was... more
Undoubtedly the worst of Novotel at which I have stayed (excepting the Novotel Waterloo in London with its mattresses of the Middle Ages and the differents kinds of breakfast depending of the day of the week-but with the same price-). The rooms are similar of those of many others Novotel's but the price is much higher. And the service is... more

The area was in some unknown part of town- it is no where near the tourist sites but it was also not that close to the metro station I.P . Pavlova which was 1 stop away from Vyserhad ( the stop for the... more
We stayed in this hotel in early july and have to say its a really nice and friendly clean hotel. Its about a 10min walk to wenclesas square and then another 10mins to the old square. So it really is a great loacation. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever we neede anything and the swimming pool although was... more
Stayed for 3 nights on a holiday with some workmates. The hotel is superbly located close enough to the Old Town and far enough away from the stripclubs and drug dealers of Wenceslas Square. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and happy to help when giving directions and arranging airport transfers. The lobby and public areas are... more
The room was satisfactory and there was a nice courtyard for an al fresco breakfast, but some of the staff were as bad as I've seen anywhere. Those on the front desk were unhelpful, the barman was plain rude, and a trainee waitress who shouted at my partner for asking if she could have fresh coffee should never be allowed... more
