I' v been in July for a concert in Prague. I never stay in a hotel like this. First impression was that I'm accommodated in a Soviet military base. I think the hotel has more than 1,500 rooms. The breakfast was terrible. No food on the desk, no drinks, hundred of peoples eating there. more

Prices are very reasonable but the rooms and location reflect the price. The room was small and stuffy. The elevators are tiny (accommodate just 2 people with suitcase) and stairwells are not lighted at night. Getting to any place you actually want to go in Prague requires a two segment public transportation journey (bus and subway) or take your chances... more

Poor from start to finish. 2 hours to book in because the lost are booking...luckily i had a copy because they tried to charge me £359 more. Rooms basic..triple room is 2 poor single beds and a camp bed for child...not good as the kept breaking every time the child moved. Food...Eat out....i say no more Taxi...over charge you by... more

At first it seems pretty good, lovely entrance, very large rooms...However, the rooms smell pretty bad, and are relatively uncomfortable. The breakfast was really really bad, the food at the restaraunts was memorable (and not in a good way) and to cap it off the service was very poor. more
