We booked out hotel through bookings.com. The price was reasonable and we were not expecting much. However, much to my delight, we were upgraded - to the nicest room in the hotel. They were overbooked and we got to stay in a king bed room that had been newly renovated and furnished. I am not aware to the cost of... More

The hotel was good for couple of days. However the room which was 2euros more expensive had much better bathroom. My bathroom was shared with other room (luckily there was nobody) and it hasn't been renovated for a long time. You should have a reservation for the parking place (even if you buy a room with parking free place). There... More

We went on our honey moon to this hotel. when we bought the trip from the travel agency we required a double room with it's own shower and toilet. We arrived in at the hotel at about 10 AM and we wanted to check-in. the receptionist said that we can check in only at 2 PM and if we wanted... More

I spent about 10 nights at this hotel while looking for a flat in Prague and at some point I felt like at home. The atmosphere in the lobby is very nice and the majority of the stuff is very professional and cordial. It might not look nice from the outside but some of the rooms are in my opinion... More

Hotel not located in city centre but right outside is the Tram stop (Number 9) only three stops away from central Prague. The Hotel looks like something of a communist throw back but it is basic, clean and safe. The reception staff in the main speak English but can be slow in serving but I suppose you get what you... I was there for two nights at the end of October for a conference also held at the hotel. Good front desk staff. Expensive in-room wireless, and it was slow. Room sparsely furnished with uncomfortable chairs. Very clean and well maintained, however. Housekeeping good but towels in bathroom definitely Soviet era-rough and small. No shampoo so bring your own. Shower... More

Location was convenient for the beautiful city of Prague but the hotel needs to get into the 21st century by updating rooms and facilities, training staff in customer service - the occasionally" I'sorry" or "can i help you" would be so nice to replace the confrontational inquests in the main reception,so embarrasing when half board had been booked but not... I'm not sure where these other people were staying but the one good thing I can say about the place is the bartender was great, made a great cappuccino. Our room was oppressively sparse, the tvs didn't work, the comforters barely covered our feet. There was no sink in the room with the toilet but there was a panel that... More

I stayed here with my friend to discover beauty of Prague as a capital of our country. There was so many opinions where u could have stayed. In the end we chose the Olsanka hotel and there is nothing bad to say about at all. Perfect location to get everywhere. Only 300 meters away is subway station Flora and right... More

I did overall enjoy my stay at hotel olsanka. The food in the restaurant was lovely, the bar staff were very friendly and the Staropramen was clear and tasty. The room was spacious (double room for 5 nights for less than 200 per person) and had everything I needed for my stay. The only negative I bring back from my... More
