Hotel's best advantage is clearly its location, which is well inside all of the tourist's centers. Five minutes walk to Old town square, says it all. An excellent location & friendly small hotel and we agree with most of the plaudits of the other reviewers. However we were slightly disappointed in the lobby bar - not cosy enough, not enough seating. no draught beer and allows smoking & at times we found the smoky atmosphere unpleasant. This was a great find. I stayed here with my girlfriend for the weekend and we had a really nice time. The hotel location was very good with easy public transport connections from the train station. We stayed for two nights in Bellagio and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed and overlooked a quiet street.
