If you want to stay close to the O2 Arena in Prague this is your hotel! If you want a nice, clean, value for money, good and large breakfast, nice swimming pool, quiet neighbourhood, this is your hotel. This hotel is a nit out of the centre but the metro isn't far from the centre. Lovely relaxing hotel. more
My husband, 7 year old daughter and I stayed at the Carol Hotel for 4 nights during August. Although it was a reasonable rate for a room in Prague, we found the location with our 7 year old just a bit too far out of town. Had it just been my husband and I it would have been just fine.... more
Stayed here for 10 days in August, loved it. Hotel is 2 or 3 minute walk from Ceskomoravska metro station, metro being the easiest and quickest way to get around in Prague, so very convenient. Very nice hotel with great staff. Only stayed in Prague for one night and the receptionist was very helpful to tell us what was good to see around the city and where to go to see it. Travelled to Prague in March '06 for my wife's birthday. Chose the hotel because it offered good value for money. Hotel is located in Ceskomoravska towards the eastern end of the yellow underground line. Reception staff are very helpful and speak good English. Found this reasonably priced hotel on trav.com were expecting average accommodation. Our room was larger than most bedsits in London. It was really clean and comfortable.
