I booked a twin room weeks before arriving in Prague and received confirmation of booking. However, we were given a double room when we arrived. During my 11 day stay in this hostel six seperate people were robbed on my floor, the losses included 4 Ipods and 2 fours. The hostel were very unhelpful and told us to go and find the police knowing that they would not speak english. The hostel is well located but not much to do there. The free internet is great but travellor beware. i spent 10 days there and on the first day my phone, charger and sunglasses were stolen from the room. 2 ipods went from the same room from other.
