The location was unbeatable , right by the famous old town square where the Old Clock is , the Hotel is very refined , exudes class , large rooms , the staff is always very courteous and attentive . The manger , Renata , is a wonderful person. more

The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. It's about 20 steps to the Old Town Square and right beside the Tyn Church. Yes, it is a great location - but is it worth your safety and security??? We had cash, jewlery, and copies of our passports stolen from our bags. The management took no proactive action, simply pointed to their policy of "not responsible for lost or stolen valuables." They were not helpful at all... It took them over 6 hours to... more

First and foremost we were impressed by the amazing large, specious and nice room. It was more like a suite then a room… Location is just in the mid of old town, but inside it’s all very quite. Breakfast was great, and everything felt as done with a lot of attention. more
