I was not stayed in the main hotel.. the receptionist brought me to the building next to the main building.. there's no lights.. no lift.. a bit scary. Lucky that I didn't bring much stuff there. otherwise, it will be a nightmare to take my stuff to the room... Room is pretty clean but with white dirt.. hot water is... more

Had a super stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and interesting, staff were very helpful at all times of day/night. Breakfast had a good choice, cereal, fresh fruits, fresh rolls, eggs, sausages, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, lovely fruity/chocolate filled cake slices, juices, tea/coffee. We were fortunate to get a free upgrade to one of the rooms with a fantastic view over the city.... more

I've been travelling really a lot in my life and I don't know why that afternoon I decided to leave my wallet and my phone in that bedroom... The hotel is very nice, it looks like so secure and safe that something told me "don't worry, is safe in here"... Staff is kind, bedrooms are hudge, clean and is so... more

Very clean room. Insufficient hot water for more than one person to shower and it takes an hour before it has heated again. Toilet paper is heavy duty. No elevator. Some reviews are saying they are not happy with the TV because it only has Czech channels. I found the reson for this..........its because you are in the Czech Republic... more

The Musketyr Hotel is an average but very clean and comfortable hotel to stay if travelling on a budget. My girlfriend and I stayed there mid-January and it was COLD! Located on one of the main streets at the top of Vaclavske namesti. It is approximately 2 minutes walk from the Muzeum (metro) station. Being practically next door to the... more

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried about my stay at Hotel Musketyr...but it was great! I arrived before check-in time and just went over to the hotel to see if I would be able to leave my bag - the receptionist was very friendly and told me that if I wanted I could check in... more

I have stayed at the Musketyr five times and will soon be there for the sixth time. It's a basic hotel. You don't pay for luxuries so you don't get them. However, if you like spending lots of time in the city of Prague instead of the hotel it is an excellent base. The hotel is approx. a minute's walk... more

Just returned from prague. Stayed at the Musketyr, it's in a fantastic location right at the top of Wenceslas Square. Only trouble is it was very basic, only to be assumed from the price. However, the rooms were huge, lovely and clean. We stayed in the building next to the 'proper' hotel, was very quiet (we were away from the... more

We were in Prague for a stag weekend and this hotel proved ideal for its central location. It's at the top of Wenceslas Square and, although irrelevant for stag parties, is just by the national museum. It is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly despite not having a huge grasp of the English language. I have no real... more
