The horrible unresponsible hostel"Melantrich Residence". When I arrived Prague,the hostel officer cancelled my reserved room that I had confirmed and showed the printed confirmed paper.He said "It is not my problem". He didnot give me a help to find any room. He let me find a room by myself. more
