If it is a trip not costing a fortune this is the hotel for you. My wife and I stayed here with 2 friends. OK it is a couple of tram stops away from the centre but we had no complaints. We would return. more

Though not in center of things, we found Hotel Victoria to be very conveniently located (right on tram line) - 3 quick tram stops to Metro as well. And the Zizkhov neighborhood grew on us. A nice uphill walk to the TV tower through quiet residential neighborhood. A great inexpensive restaurant next door that serves copious amounts of good food.... more

Although prague is not as cheap as it used to be, i paid just £17.50 a night (ie- search travelsupermarket.com) for 3 nights (june 09), WITH breakfast & certainly got value for money. The Victoria is not in the centre of prague but only about 10 minutes away by tram. The external view of the hotel is quite elegant although... more

We had a fantastic stay in Prauge at another hotel, and wanted to spend NYE, but our hotel was fully booked. So, we found the Victoria. It was advertised to have in-room internet, parking, and within a ten minute walk of Wenceslas Square. When we arrived, they had misplaced our parking reservation, and we had to park at a grocery... more

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Victoria for 3 days in August as part of an Austrian Airlines package deal. Overall, we had a pleasant experience--the staff was professional, the rooms were on the small side but clean, breakfast was plentiful and good. My only complaint is that the hotel is not in the center part of the... more

I recently stayed at the City Partner Victoria hotel in Prague. It was a new ish hotel and was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and quite friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel is in a good location. About 15-20 mins walk into the main tourist areas such as Wencelas Square and the Old... more

I booked one of the hotel's sister etablishments at a very good price, unfortunately the builders hadn't finish and they accommodated me at the Victoria. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast staff less so. The hotel is on a tram route, I requested a rear room but was told there weren't any free, on further inspection it... more

We stayed at the Hotel Victoria for five nights in June. It’s a pleasant hotel in a quiet area that’s not particularly pretty or touristy, but we always felt fine walking back at night. The room was light, spacious and clean, although fairly basic: bed, chairs, TV, fridge. The bathroom was much larger than the average hotel bathroom, with a... more
