Reception is rude, unfriendly, unreasonable and iresponsible. No service at all. No air condition and no hot water. No room cleaning for days. Overall, bad experience with this hotel. Not recommend for others. more

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a DIY long weekend to visit the Christmas markets. Was umming and arring between giving it 3 and 4 stars - mainly due to the location!
