I like Extol Inn. It is close to the tram stop, which takes you either to Mala Strana or to Main Train Station. The hotel personel is very nice and professional. Stayed at the hotel last May for 4 nights with four of my friends. We got a big "suite" with two rooms, one with two single beds and onw with three single beds, and between the rooms there was the bathrom and the toilet.
