Chose this hotel as it was advertised as only 10 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. When asking receptionist directions, we had to catch two trams, which took us 30 minutes by tram! Also I think 400 mtrs from nearest metro station was also wrong - seemed much further! Otherwise, hotel was OK. Rooms and breakfast OK. more

hotel was clean and warm. breakfast ok tube and tram on the doorstep unhelpful and rather miserable staff.....didn't see one smile our entire stay and that was over new year too!!!!! more

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and found it very clean and comfortable. It is situated a good fifteen minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and is in a quiet area with a few restaurants and small shops. Would stay here again, the tram is right outside the door if you do not wish to walk into the centre. more
