I've booked this studio-apartment for two for a lovely new year with my girlfriend. They cancelled my booking a day before arrival, saying they couldn't reach me before and they didn't have other options for me.
Up till today, I haven't receveid my booking fee back. I find them unreliable and rude. They haven't answered my emails since the cancellation. Don't make this your first choice for a stay in Prague! more
