I'd never rate this hotel as a 4-star hotel. The reception staff was anything but friendly. We stayed there for five nights, and the beds were changed only once and the shampoos haven't been replaced at all. Excellent, very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel right in the centre of this beautiful city. I took my wife for a romantic weekend away for her 40th birthday. To be honest i did'nt have an idea where to book in Prague and changed my booking several times before deciding on the Perla Hotel.
