This hotel is just exactly what you would expect of an eastern block highrise. Drab, dreary and a little unsavoury. I only felt safe in my room when the door was locked and had the safety chain on. I can only agree with the last review. We had much the same experience. I ended up having to contact reception at midnight, due to the school children running up and down the hall and allowing the spring doors to bang closed.
