Do not stay at Aparthouse 20 in Prague. The location is excellent, but nothing else is. The reception is not manned, so if something goes wrong you will have to call someone and wait half an hour for them to turn up. In the room we were in, the sheets, blanket and towels were stained. The drain in the shower was almost entirely blocked so water spilled out into the bathroom and room. There was not enough hot water for two normal length showers. There was a kettle, cups and spoons for making coffee, but no coffee or tea, nor milk nor sugar was to be found. The small fridge did not work, and neither did the remote control for the TV. We would have gone somewhere else after the first night, but you pay for all your nights as soon as you arrive. more
