We spent two nights with customers (approx 20) at this hotel.
Receptionist was 17 and spoke no foreign languages.
Don't be mistaken by the photos on their website! 1-2 rooms might be similar to the photos, the rest are are tiny and stink. We tried to change at least some rooms for the customers, but it tooks hours of fight....

Is located in the center of the city. The hall is old, without seats. If you want wait somebody, you will still standing.
