To be honest, one of the best I have encountered! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are great (especially the ones with the Old Town view). The breakfast is really delicious with more choice than most of the 5star hotels. Everything is very clean. It's a short walk to the Old Town, but you can take the ferry to... more

The Krolewski is a modern hotel in an historic setting. In olden days the building was the Royal Granary - from post-war photos it is clear this was one of few buildings to survive the city centre bombings. Its recently been transformed into a stylish hotel but keeping as much of the old external feel as possible. A really nice... more

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year old at Easter. We found the Krolewski an excellent hotel. We were lucky enough to get a corner room with dual aspect out over the river. The room was large and bright and our toddler slept soundly on the specially made-up sofa. The staff were all very helpful and spoke... more

I am always very mindful of the Tripadvisor reviews and those for this hotel were generally positive so I gave it a go... First impressions are good, it's a nice building and the foyer & restaurant, although small, look very well appointed. As with all hotels I've stayed at in Poland, the staff were helpful. The problem was with the... more

The hotel looks extremely good on its website, and the location seems to be very central. And it is - for a bird, not on the road. 'Cause there are no bridge directly from the island of the hotel to the Old Town, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes. That's one point down. The hotel provides no safe in... more

Met our expectations. We got the Captain's Apartment, on the top floor of the building with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent, location is also very good (not right in the town centre but merely 10 minutes walk away). The place is and feels a quality place, with good fittings, good restaurant and excellent service throughout. The only drawback I'd say... more

We have just returned from a 4 night stay, with friends at the Krolewski. The rooms are pleasantly decorated and spacious. The breakfast buffet left us spoit for choice, and was topped up regularly. The restuarant menu was extensive, food very good, and competitive with those in the Old Quarter. This was a 10 min walk, but, there is a ferry... more

Just got back from a couple of days in Gadnsk, and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. I have to say, we are very easy going, but it was my husbands 1st trip to Poland, and he loved it. The hotel was lovely, we paid in total £200 for 2 nights bed, breakfast and evening meal, plus drinks, which for us... more

We stayed at the Krolewski in May 2007 in the Admirals Apartment on the top floor of the hotel. It was a very warm May and we thought that AC would be a problem but in the apartment we had windows on 3 sides so we had a great breeze coming in from the Baltic. The room was not fancy... more

Located in a wonderful old granary. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy. They are clean and we had a magical view of the old city. The food was so so. more
