Hotel is located in very close to the sea, which is visible from almost every room in this hotel. Hotel is very old and looks like have never been renovated. Rooms are old and everything inside is overused (carpets, elevators and other elements of decoration). Of course to open room’s door you will use convectional metal key. Staff was nice... more

I stayed for a convention, over a three day stay. The hotel was clean. Small bar that was chained shut in the night. It was clear the hotel was excellent. Today its merely O.K. I came to this hotel with some trepidation after reading the previous reviews which were not too complimentary. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. We all enjoyed our stay at this Hotel - Orbis Gdynia. It was a pity that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. We were there for a week - even just an electric jug with mugs would have helped. We wouldn't have minded even bringing our own tea/coffee. Do widzenia. Garry. P.S. The Hotel Gdiniya is great if you plan on sweating off some pounds. I have stayed in some grim hotels buit this one takes the biscuit. No air con, power cuts and a breakfast I would not serve to a wild dog It's conveniently situated and THATS all you can say about the hotel. more
